Paul Bermudez

 Paul Bermudez completed his undergraduate studies in Greenville, South Carolina with a bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Since earning his real estate license in 1987, Paul achieved several accolades for his listing and sales production with Coldwell Banker and other prominent real estate firms.
Paul’s past and present associations include the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors, Houston Board of Realtors, Garland Association of Realtors, Lake Cities Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Independent Brokers of America, and the By Referral Only Organization. Paul has also earned the ABR Designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council and is a graduate of the Tom Hopkins Champion Sales Program. Additionally, Paul has earned the CREI Designation (Certified Real Estate Instructor) by the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association.
Paul is a real estate broker and the owner of Ultima Real Estate Services, which specializes in residential sales, property management, apartment leasing, commercial tenant representation, and land development.
Paul has authored the "Cram Exam & Review Guide" which had been marketed throughout Texas, as well as, the "Real Life Real Estate" training program which is the established training program of their firm.
Paul has over 2,000 hours teaching Mandatory Continuing Education, and Core Courses including Principles I & II, Real Estate Loans, Real Estate Math, Lending & Closing, Real Estate Law, Law of Agency, Law of Contracts, Real Estate Brokerage, and The Art of Negotiation. Both have also assisted in test writing sessions for the Texas Real Estate Exams with Experior.
